10+yrs experience required.
- Must have hands of experience of delivering Gen AI use cases.
- Must be a great communicator , takes ownership
- Must know how to work with cross functional architects
- Must have great python experience and can do independent
- Must have deep understanding of AI , AI platforms
- Preferably banking experience. Pure startup experience is not going to work unless its tied to banking/fin tech.
- Can navigate with minimal supervision
- Knows how to manage 2 to 4 architects and extract work from them.
- This role is more of a Solution Architect / Hands On for the delivery of the Gen AI solutions. This is a senior role, so new comers will not be ok
